"HUH, but isn't that something completely different from what you did ... didn't you do something with e-learning or stuff?"
That's right...that work as a freelance learning design consultant, went really well, and was great fun, but also kicked me mercilessly hard somewhere in 2021. I needed and need time to to regain my boundless energy. It's going well, but steadily (patience...patience...). And a present in the form of persistent tinnitus, among other things, limits these activities for a while.
Long story short, this period has helped me to take a step back and assess what I really want...what gives me energy, without giving it all away. And with that, during my burnout, somewhere in that dark forest of limiting thoughts, guilt and hassle, I discovered an overgrown path that I discovered long ago, but then went in a different direction. Or occasionally walked a bit, only to wander off again.
I actually never stopped believing in magic ;) Ever since I was a teenager I have been collecting books on all kinds of subjects such as auras, chakras, guides, intuitive development, etc. But I can also still dream away while reading Harry Potter for my kids :) .
I attended a first Tarot workshop about 10 years ago. In 2015 I completed my training as a Child in Mind consultant (tuning at soul level), but I did not follow up on this despite 'the fact that it flowed richly'.
In 2020 I started a Tarot training to finally continue that calling, but not yet with the idea of doing more with it. After the introduction to Reiki last summer, everything fell into place and it finally feels good to shout it off the rooftops.
Because let's be honest, saying that you 'believe in that hocus-pocus' feels a bit like a spiritual coming out in our hectic and very rationally oriented society.
In essence, I just want to help people feel better about themselves and get into balance (who doesn't?). As an educationalist, I did this mainly by developing materials and tools to help people learn in a way that suits them. With Reiki & Readings I want to help people to relax, to bring them into balance and to find more insight into certain patterns and bottlenecks in life with Tarot.
